Personal data relating to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may be controlled by an entity other than the Company. The Company’s international transfer of personal data collected in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses. The Company’s international transfer of personal data collected in participating Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) countries abides by the APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) System and Privacy Recognition for Processors (PRP) System for the transfer of personal data.

Promotional Offers from the Company. All of your data is encrypted at rest with AES. We use AWS to store and encrypt all of your uploaded data securely and encrypted at rest. The data provided to GreenFeet typically does not contain PII, and we do not recommend uploading PII sensitive documents to the GreenFeeet platform. Your uploaded data is treated confidentially and protected by military-grade encryption.
As part of our commitment to protecting your data, we adhere to strict data retention practices. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Once your data is no longer needed, we will securely dispose of it to prevent unauthorized access or use. Our data retention policy ensures that we maintain your information only for the necessary duration, striking a balance between fulfilling our obligations and respecting your privacy. All your data will be deleted within ninety days after closing your account.
